Client Relationship Executive

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys promoting health and wellness solutions. You’ll be engaging with new and existing members to drive Fitness & Wellness services, support client satisfaction, and hit ambitious sales targets.

What you’ll be doing:

Execute Sales Strategies: Engage actively with clients to promote team-based wellness services and meet monthly sales goals.

Build Customer Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with members, corporate clients, and wellness groups to foster long-term engagement.

Support Corporate Accounts: Identify and nurture partnerships with corporate clients to expand Primal's wellness offerings.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with part-time and senior sales colleagues to align on strategies and hit group targets.

Track & Report Progress: Provide daily or weekly updates on performance to senior leadership to ensure progress towards monthly sales objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in sales and client interaction, preferably in fitness, wellness, beauty & spa or hospitality.
A passion for health and wellness and the ability to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.

Intermediate to advanced English speaking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy working with people and building meaningful connections.

A goal-oriented team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and challenges.
