KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING

One tool. Full-body results. This 50-minute session uses the kettlebell to develop strength, coordination, and endurance through structured flows, dynamic combinations, and powerful complexes.
Each class brings a new challenge — from rhythm and control to intensity and volume — as part of a 4-week training cycle designed to improve technique and build load capacity. The cycle ends with a performance test so you can track your progress and mastery.
