KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING

Learn how to master the 5 fundamentals of kettlebell conditioning to address the entire body. Posture is power and we are going all in to improve this ever so important aspect of your fitness.
From there, we will expand upon the basics to integrate some dynamic flow sequences to challenge every participant from novice to expert. You will challenge your mind as much as your body in this ferocious program that is not for the faint hearted.
This class is set with the intention to improve cross body stabilization, develop grip strength, increase cardiovascular capacity, build strength, and uplift the mind to become unbreakable.

Core Power

50-minutes of core shredding and sculpting intensity with a hint of posterior chain focus sprinkled in to allow you to burn at least 500+ kcal. Want to blast your mid-section like never before?
We got you with our signature core class designed to take you to sexy abs heaven. We will focus on the transverse as well as the rectus abdominus, obliques, and serratus to strengthen the pelvic floor and give you the statuesque and ripped core you have always wanted but been unsure on how to do.

MYZONE CONDITIONING

One of our newest classes. Focused for all you MyZone Wearables owners. This is for leaderboard bragging rights amongst the Primal Tribe community. MEP's hunters' sessions are strictly designed to get you as many MEPs as you can. So get that MyZone strapped in and get ready to blast your way to leaderboard heaven. Not only will you increase your position, but you are going to get a hell of a workout.
