Muay Thai Camp Style Training. These sessions cater to members who already have a good amount of training experience and also to people with professional fight experience. This program is much more challenging than our other combat sessions, with a focus on developing fight fitness, strategy, and ring skills. This is the perfect program for members looking to prepare for a fight or want real fight training workouts.

The trainers will push you hard for 1.5 hours to make you stronger both physically and mentally.

The 1st rule of fight club is...

Free to all who feel the need! Muay Thai & boxing sparring. Focus is to utilize and practice proper technique and not on hurting your sparring partners. All sparring sessions are supervised to ensure safety of everyone.

Enjoy 60 minutes of high intensity sparring with high octane music to keep you going.

Also known as Vinyasa is a 50-min style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. The classes are often fast paced and rhythmical with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath.

Vinyasa means to move with the breath and you will experience what it feels like as your body and mind synergize to move intentionally and in unison.

Moving with the breath can also mean to slow down the transition with deep inhales and slow exhalation. No two classes are ever the same and often the sequences are creative and playful.
