1. HOW TO DELIVERY

For retail products, we will deliver directly at the gym address: 13 Nguyen Duy Hieu, Thao Dien ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.


2. GENERAL POLICY

- You check the goods before receiving. After signing the receipt of the goods, we are not responsible for errors, as well as for complaints afterwards.

– Payment method: according to the payment method agreement between the parties.

– Warranty policy: according to the warranty policy attached to the contract (if any).

– Goods will come with warranty card (if any), product information, and other documents (if any).

3. WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty policy applies to Mz-Switch Sensors and Boxing Sensors – Corner

3.1 Myzone Product Warranty - Mz-Switch Sensors

We warrant that our products purchased from this Site will be free from material defects for the following periods:

Belt: 90 days

Belt module: 1 year

Watch: 1 year

The warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) wilful damage, abnormal or improper use, storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; (c) if you fail to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions; (d) any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or (e) any specification provided by you. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to (i) consumables, such as replaceable batteries; (ii) any product which has been opened or tampered with (except to replace batteries); or (iii) any product with an illegible serial number.

If products fail to comply with the warranty above, your sole remedy is to return the products to us for repair or replacement. Before returning any products, please request a return authorization number. We may reject any returned product that is not in its original packaging and marked with a return authorization number.

3.2 Boxing Sensors – Corner

Corner Wearable Ltd. (“Corner”) warrants to the original purchaser that your Corner electronic device (the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Corner product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

Corner does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Corner is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use.

This Limited Warranty does not cover software embedded in the Product and the services provided by Corner to owners of the Product.

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Corner. In accordance with applicable law, Corner may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Corner will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
