Are you passionate about fitness, skilled at building meaningful connections, and experienced in driving sales success? We're seeking a strategic and motivated individual to lead our Personal Training Client Relationships and elevate our sales performance to the next level.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing private training clients, connecting them with the right solutions to achieve their fitness goals.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in private training services and wellness programs.
Team Leadership: Plan, mentor, and lead the sales team, ensuring clear targets, consistent performance, and professional growth for team members.
Collaboration with Coaches: Work closely with the coaching team to deliver members a seamless, high-quality fitness experience.
Client Retention: Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management to measure progress and identify growth opportunities.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, resolve challenges efficiently, and maintain a high standard of service excellence.
Late 20s to early 30s, male or female, with a passion for fitness and client engagement.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales. Fitness industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Computer Literate / Software Proficient : Must have experience with MS Office or similar software and working on a laptop.
Leadership Skills: Strong track record in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
Strategic Thinking: A results-driven mindset with the ability to plan, execute, and refine sales strategies.
Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
Problem-Solving Ability: Adaptable and proactive in addressing client needs and sales challenges.
