Monthly sessions: Unused sessions at the end of the month will roll over to the next month.
Validity: Rolled over sessions must be used within the subsequent month; after that, they expire.
Example: If you have a 10-session membership and use only 8 sessions in May, the remaining 2 sessions roll over to June but must be used by the end of June.
Unused sessions: Sessions not used within their allocated month plus one rollover month will expire.
Initial Deposit: First and last month’s fees (e.g., 5 million VND for a 2.5 million VND/month single floor unlimited membership).
Cancellation: Members can cancel anytime, and the last month’s fee deposit will cover the final month.
Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable.
No Floor Changes: Members cannot request floor changes for credit options.
We will charge 250K for every 30 days frozen. Minimum of 15 days away required to freeze.
