Primal is looking for the next rockstar of the fitness industry!

Candidates must be physically fit and should possess sound customer service, business, management, and sales skills. Good problem solving, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are also essential. First aid qualifications are also beneficial.

Description:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
Lead and manage a small sales team of 2 members with management support to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement personal sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients online and face to face in English and Vietnamese.
Monitor sales metrics and report on team performance.
Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective monthly promotions and campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or gym industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team with references.
Strong face to face communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proficient in using CRM software, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Office.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
