We're looking for a Movement Coach with a background in yoga, pilates, calisthenics, or bodyweight training to lead classes that build flexibility, mobility, strength, and control.
You’ll coach sessions like:
Recovery
Stretching
Hip Opening
Healthy Spine
Bodyweight Strength & Control
This role is ideal for coaches who enjoy working on form, movement mechanics, and helping people feel and move better — not just sweat.
2+ years experience in yoga, pilates, calisthenics, or related movement
Confident leading group classes and 1-on-1 sessions
Strong body awareness and coaching ability
Comfortable coaching both men and women
Interested in long-term physical development, not just short-term workouts
Open to learning and integrating new movement styles
Mentorship and guidance from our experienced Movement Director and Movement Coaches.

Coaches are free to handle private training independently
Primal does not take commission from private sessions
A 20% studio usage fee applies if the coach wishes to use Primal’s space for private one-on-ones
