We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Yoga & Movement Instructor with 1-2 years of teaching
experience. This individual will work closely with our Movement Director and Yoga Coach to deliver high-
quality classes and personalized instruction to our members. The ideal candidate will have a strong
foundation in yoga and movement practices and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Conduct yoga and movement classes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Implement class plans that cater to various skill levels and fitness goals.
- Provide personalized feedback and adjustments to members during classes to ensure proper form and
technique.
- Collaborate with the Movement Director and Yoga Coach to refine and enhance the class curriculum.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve teaching skills and
knowledge.
- Assist in promoting gym programs and events to engage and retain members online on social media
and offline.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in yoga and movement practices.
- 1-2 years of experience teaching yoga and/or movement classes.
- Certification in yoga instruction from a recognized organization (e.g., Yoga Alliance).
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Confident in communicating in English to large groups of people.
