We know you will love your Primal experience, so we guarantee it. Just take 12 sessions ( team, personal small group, or private ) during your first month and if you don't feel like you're living a more vibrant, happier, healthier life, take back all your money and walk away.

• We are confident you will be satisfied with your Primal Fitness experience. In fact, if you are not satisfied after completing at least twelve (12) sessions ( team, personal small group, or private) during your first month, you will receive a refund for the current package you have already purchased. Wearables and other retail sales are not refundable.

• Offer valid for first timers only. Twelve (12) sessions must be completed within the first month of the membership start date at Primal. A refund request must be made by contacting us within the first month of working out at our gym facility.

• In order to help you to see how your health is changing to be better, there will be a full body assessment before the 1st session and after the 12th session.

• Individual results may vary, and you may not obtain your desired results after completing at least twelve (12) sessions. Neither Primal Performance Lab, nor its employees, agents, or affiliates, make any representations, warranties, or guarantees as to the results that may be achieved from session participation or any information and/or related services provided.

• Participants are urged to always consult a medical professional or physician before participating in activity or starting an exercise program.

How we return to you:
