One of Primal’s original coaches from day 1. Khanh’s sole purpose in coaching is to maximize your potential in body composition, strength, endurance, and flexibility through safe and effective exercises.
Khanh had been a professional Aerobic Athlete training and competing while still a student at the University of Pedagogy, majoring in Faculty Physical Education. After graduating, he devoted his next years as a physical trainer in popular places in Ho Chi Minh City, such as Star Fitness & private 1-on-1 trainer at Primal Strength & Conditioning, and completed his personal training certificate from VPTA.
During his time as an Aerobic athlete and personal trainer, Khanh also completed his Metafit HIIT Training Certification which focuses on exercise techniques and old-school functional bodyweight movements that help you reach an anaerobic zone, train your heart in just 30 minutes.
