Our Primal Warrior program offers group strength & conditioning sessions for teenagers on our Strength floor. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with fitness, our classes are designed to help you shape and strengthen your body through bodyweight, kettlebell, and dumbbell exercises. By incorporating strength training into your routine, you will increase muscle mass, bone density, and joint health, while also improving your overall fitness level. Our sessions use heart rate tracking wearables that display each person's data in real-time, ensuring that everyone can push themselves to their limits. Our gym is a supportive and motivating environment that encourages teens to work hard and achieve their fitness goals together. You will be led by the best coaches in town.

Our combat floor sessions are designed to help you learn proper techniques, improve your movement capabilities, and gain self-confidence while also instilling discipline and control. In our Primal Warrior program, you'll work with professional proven coaches to develop your skills and learn the physical and mental aspects of boxing and kickboxing. Our classes are more than just a workout – they're a way to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your temperament, and how to control them. With Primal’s Warrior program, you'll gain self-discipline, confidence, and the ability to move well and fluidly. Welcome to our Movement floor, where we focus on the connection between mind, body, and health for our Primal Warrior’s program. Our infrared yoga foundation sessions, mobility exercises, and movement introduction classes are designed to help you develop mind-body awareness and improve your overall health. In these sessions, you'll learn how to move your body in new and effective ways, while also gaining a deeper understanding of how your mind and body are connected. Our experienced coaches will guide you through each session, helping you to develop a positive mindset and increase your overall well-being. By joining our Movement floor classes, you'll be taking the first step towards a healthier, more connected you.

Strength Director

Anthony is an avid Calisthenics and Kettlebell practitioner that has traveled throughout the U.S. and Asia teaching and training individuals and professional athletes over the past 25 years.

Aurelien Mayer

Combat Director

Aurelien started training Kickboxing & Muay Thai with Ange Giovannetti and Mohamed Salmi at the age of 13 in his hometown of Lyon, France and has been practicing for over 20 years and teaching for 10 years.

Movement Director

Quyen has been a Yoga practitioner for over 25 years and a Coach since 2001 now with over 20 years of experience. She has personally trained many of the country’s top C-Suite Executive men and women.

HEAD COACH

Cez is a seasoned and experienced movement practitioner and teacher. For the past 12 years, Cez has been working with hundreds and hundreds of clients.
