A boxing assistant coach works alongside the coach in charge of the class.
They assist the coach and members while maintaining a positive and safe training environment.
They assist the coach in preparing and teaching the class, refining Boxing techniques, holding pads, providing feedback, ensuring safety and handling administrative tasks such as the wearables.
Hold pads for beginners, intermediate, and advanced-level members.
Boxing instructions: provide comprehensive Boxing training instructions to individuals or groups, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced-level members.
Technique refinement:
+ Observe student’s techniques and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
+ Correct posture, form, and movements to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Class preparation:
+ Prepare the studios for the upcoming class.
+ Greet and assist members.
+ Help the coach and members with the equipment and wearables.
+ Tidy up the equipment after class.
1 year of coaching experience and/or fighting background.
Motivated and eager to learn.
